Attestation Service

If your Will is not signed and witnessed correctly, then it will be invalid. We can oversee the signing to ensure that everything is in order. You would need to travel to our offices in Watford for this, so it may not be THAT practical!

Probate Services

We have access to specialists in this area who can offer a full Probate service at a highly competitive cost.

Lasting Power of Attorney

It is always advised that everyone should effect an Enduring Power of Attorney. This gives your attorney(s) the ability to run your business or your estate if you were incapable, for example in a coma.

Lifetime Storage and Free Updates

Our Wills are securely stored with The Society of Will Writers. A small annual fee ensures that if ever your Will needs updating, by the addition of a codicil or even a complete re-write, there is no further charge.

Property held jointly

Property held jointly passes to the remaining owners outside of the will. If you wish your share of the property to pass to others then it needs to be held as ‘Tenants in Common’. (Please see ‘Severance of Tenancy’ below.)

Severance of Tenancy (Tenants in common)

As mentioned in Property above, this service is linked to the Will so that your share of your property can go to the beneficiaries named in your Will. A Life Interest is created in the Will to ensure that the remaining partner can never lose their home.
